Residential cleaning in Calgary
Cleaning is only worth paying for if you can tell it happened. Every visit runs to a written checklist you have seen and agreed, so the same things get done whether or not you are there to notice.
What gets done
Room by room, not once over lightly.
Kitchen
Counters, sink, hob and the outside of every cupboard and appliance. Inside the oven or fridge when asked.
Bathrooms
Descaled rather than wiped over — glass, grout lines, taps, and the parts behind the toilet nobody enjoys.
Bedrooms & living areas
Dusted top down so nothing lands on what has already been done. Beds changed if the linen is left out.
Floors & surfaces
Vacuumed, then washed with something suited to the floor rather than whatever is under the sink.
The same list, every visit.
If something is not on it, tell us and it goes on. If something on it stops being worth doing, it comes off. That is the whole arrangement, and it is why nothing gets quietly dropped.
How often
As often as it earns its keep.
One-off
A move, a party, an inspection, or a house that has got away from you.
Every two weeks
The most common. Enough that it never becomes a big job.
Monthly
Works well alongside a tidy house. The list is longer each visit.
No contract and no minimum term. Products and equipment come with us; if you would rather we used yours, say so.
Products & equipment
What actually comes through the door.
Everything is supplied. If you would rather we used your own products — because of a finish, an allergy or a preference — that is fine, and it costs nothing either way.
Products
pH-neutral for sealed stone and finished wood, degreasers only where they belong, and a disinfectant left on the surface long enough to actually work.
Fragrance and sensitivity
Unscented throughout by default. If there is an allergy, an infant or an animal in the house, tell us and we change what comes through the door.
Equipment
HEPA-filtered vacuums, colour-coded microfibre so a bathroom cloth never reaches a kitchen counter, and flat mops with a fresh pad per room.

The checklist is the contract
It is written from a first walkthrough of your house, not a template, and you approve it before the first visit.
Signed off each visit
Completed and dated against the list, so what happened is a record rather than a recollection.
Told before you find it
A stain that will not lift, a seal that has failed, a fitting that broke while being cleaned — you hear it from us first.
Put right, not argued
If something on the list was missed, we come back and do it. That is the whole policy.
