What we collect
If you submit feedback, surveys, product recommendations, or personal reflections, OpClar may use that information to improve products and understand what customers are dealing with.
If you sign up for product-drop emails, we collect your email address and the consent record for that signup.
We collect basic, anonymized usage analytics to understand which pages people use — never tied to identifiable personal stories.
How submissions are used
Submissions to forms (like the product recommendation form) may help develop future products and identify common patterns people deal with.
Examples used inside OpClar products are drawn from real-life patterns and anonymized — names and identifying details are always left out. OpClar will not publicly share identifiable personal stories from your submissions without your explicit permission.
What we don’t do
We don't sell your data. We don't use your individual story as a fake testimonial. We don't turn your private feedback into named case studies.
We don't use OpClar submissions for advertising profiles or third-party retargeting.
Email lists
If you join the product-drop list, you'll only receive emails about new OpClar product launches and related digital clarity content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Cookies and analytics
The OpClar website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using your submissions for product development. Email truenorthop@gmail.com with the request.
