Privacy policy

When you submit the quote form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the property type, a description of the work, your preferred consultation time, how you heard about us, and any photographs or PDF documents you attach.

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message.

We do not collect payment information anywhere on this site. We never ask for a deposit through the website.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate or quote, arrange a site visit, and carry out work you engage us for. Photographs and documents you send are used to understand the existing conditions and price the work accurately.

Under PIPA we collect only what is reasonable for these purposes, and we do not use your information for anything you would not expect from the request you made.

Submitting a form is your consent for us to use the information for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and contractual limits — for example, records relating to work already carried out.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. Netlify processes data on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Where a project needs a specific trade, we share only what that trade needs to quote or carry out the work — typically the property address, the scope, and relevant photographs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Photographs you send us are used to scope and price your work. We will not publish a photograph of your property, or of work carried out at it, without your separate written permission.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of quotes provided. Project records are kept for as long as required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes.

If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. We will respond within the timeframe PIPA requires.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking. Netlify may record standard server request logs for security and reliability.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we limit who has access to enquiry information to the people who need it to do the work.
