Refund policy.

OpClar products are digital. We want you to actually use them — and if a product genuinely isn't a fit, we'll make it right.

The fit guarantee

If you bought an OpClar product and it's clearly not what you needed, email us within 14 days of purchase with a short note about what didn't work, and we'll issue a full refund.

The note isn't a hoop — it's how we make products better. There's no requirement to prove you used it or didn't.

How to request a refund

Email truenorthop@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase. Include the product name and order reference, if available. We'll process refunds back to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirming.

Bundles

The Full OpClar Reset Bundle can be refunded in full within the same 14-day window, provided you haven't requested partial refunds for individual products inside it.

What’s not refundable

We're not able to issue refunds beyond the 14-day window for digital products. We also don't offer refunds based on the outcome of using a product — we're here to provide structure and prompts; what you do with them is yours.

Honest practice

If circumstances are unusual — a duplicate purchase, a billing issue, an honest mistake — just write to us. We default to being reasonable.
