The plain version: OpClar creates practical clarity methods for real-life situations. It is not therapy, medical guidance, diagnosis, or a clinical resource — and it's not pretending to be.

01

Clarity, not clinical care

OpClar products are practical methods for reflection and implementation. They are not therapy, medical guidance, diagnosis, psychological treatment, medical treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for professional help.

02

What we draw on

References inside OpClar products to psychology, human behavior, brain science, history, personal experience, and real-life observations are used to inform the prompts and exercises — not to clinically assess, diagnose, or treat any condition.

03

Examples are real-life patterns, anonymized

Examples used inside OpClar products are drawn from real-life patterns and anonymized — names and identifying details are always left out. They are written to illustrate the pattern, not to expose anyone. OpClar does not turn private individual stories into product content.

04

No guaranteed outcomes

OpClar makes no claims of guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on what you actually do with the prompts and exercises. We don't say “clinically proven,” “scientifically guaranteed,” or “will fix your life.”

05

If something heavier is going on

If you're in crisis, dealing with active mental health concerns, or anything that warrants clinical care, please reach out to a qualified professional, your doctor, or a local crisis resource. OpClar is not a substitute for that, and we'd rather you have what actually helps.
